Кабачки тщательно помыла, отрезала края с двух сторон и натерла их на крупной терке. Чтобы избавиться от лишней жидкости, выложила натертые кабачки в дуршлаг, посолила и оставила примерно на 15 минут. Потом руками отжала их и выложила в глубокую тарелку. Сковороду с растительным маслом разогрела, взяла первую часть теста и выложила в сковороду, разровняла ложкой по всему дну. Обжарила в течение 5 минут с одной стороны. И также 5 минут жарила на другой стороне. Использовала все части теста. Помидоры помыла и нарезала на кусочки. Петрушку сполоснула и мелко порубила ножом. Обязательно найду время, чтобы научиться делать розы из помидоров. Так торт будет выглядеть еще красивее.
