Для начала почистила и помыла картофель, поставила варить в подсоленной воде до готовности. Пока он варится, занялась начинкой. Затем добавила сушеный чеснок, соль и майонез. Хорошо перемешала и тушила в течение 5 минут. Картофель сварился. Я размяла его в пюре, немного остудила и добавила муку, мелко рубленый укроп и 1 яйцо. Все выглядит идеально. Отправила противень в разогретую до 160 градусов духовку на 25 минут. Только потом поняла свою ошибку: слила с картофеля не всю воду, а по привычке немного оставила, как я делаю для гарнира. Теперь я поняла, сливать воду нужно полностью. Блюдо все равно было съедено, разделила его на квадраты и подала с овощами как запеканку.
