Все сделано по минимуму. Бедуины являются гражданами Египта, но у них есть особые права, учитывая их склонность к кочевому образу жизни. Как я понимаю, данное селение бедуинов имеет контракт с туристической организацией с правом приема экскурсий. Верблюды мне показались какими-то маленькими по сравнению с верблюдами на острове Тенерифе. Движения отлажены до автоматизма. А сам процесс выпекания проходит на железном круге, лежащим над углями. Если присмотреться внимательней, то видно, что это просто крышка от железной бочки.
