Затем добавляем разрыхлитель . Смазываем ее маслом , чтобы прилипла бумага . Прокладываем пекарской бумагой и выкладываем на неё наше тесто . Готовность проверяем шпажкой . Протыкиваем корж в нескольких местах и если шпажка сухая , то бисквит готов . Если же вы хотите сделать рулет , то сразу же как только вынимаете корж из формы , то прямо с бумагой , пока он ещё горячий , сворачивает в рулет .
