Это кондитеры ЦУМа нашего города. Мы заказывали торт за 2 недели до нужного дня. Администратор кондитерского отдела быстро принял заказ (на все про все мы потратили минут 5-10). Мы заранее знали какой будем торт заказывать, не из каталога кондитерских. Очень понравилось, что никаких лишних вопросов, трудностей, недопониманий и главное «вот этого мы не делаем» не было. Все четко. Мы сбросили администратору фото нужного торта по Viber, выбрали начинку из большого количества вариантов, нам озвучили цену и выдали карточку, где были указаны наши данные, число и время, когда можно будет забрать заказ.
