Данный пирог-есть результат моего эксперимента. Очень люблю выпечку с вишней, но традиционные рецепты уже немного поднадоели и я решила поэкспериментировать. Но обо всем по порядку. За основу я взяла тесто на сметане. нежным кокосовым вкусом, кокосовая стружка в тесте немного похрустывает, само тесто достаточно сладкое, а сочная вишня даёт небольшую кислинку. И кстати легкая, воздушная кокосовая стружка не дала осесть вишни на дно, ягодки остались наверху. В общем мне эксперимент понравился.
