На время отставляю сухую смесь и в другой миске соединяю сливочное масло и сахар, хорошо растирая их вилкой. В масляную смесь добавляю яйца, ванилин, тёплую воду. Хорошо взбиваю миксером. после чего добавляю подготовленную сухую смесь и снова хорошо взбиваю. Не прекращая взбивать, добавляю в тесто молоко и взбиваю до получения однородной консистенции."}], "attributes": []}, {"text": [{"type": "string", "attributes": {}, "string": "Формочки для кексов сбрызгиваю оливковым маслом и наполняю их тестом на 2/3.
