Детство ушло, а вместе с ним и тот самый щербет. Однако кондитерский продукт с одноименным названием по-прежнему продается в наших магазинах. Проходя мимо прилавков сладостей, я заметил щербет Тимоша от знакомого мне производителя. Никогда не брал щербет и тут решил попробовать. Цена не кусалась. Брусок имеет два слоя, это уже интересно, хочется поскорее попробовать, нижний слой (1/3) – белого цвета, как нуга, верхний слой (2/3) – темно-бежевого цвета. Внутри много цельного арахиса. Орехи свежие, не прогорклые. Масса очень плотная, режется с усилием. Не сказать, что это классический щербет. Вполне себе вкусный, но сильно уступает тому самому щербету из советского детства. Здесь ощущается подсолнечное масло. Если сравнивать этот щербет с конфетами Коровка, то конфеты окажутся вкуснее. Щербет в меру сладкий, не приторный, сахара в меру.
